Having turned heads with a remarkable debut release, two-B-music, the conceptual music label bringing together the diverse influences of both Berlin and Budapest, is proud to present its sophomore effort. Continuing to present a diverse range of international flavors, this latest release brings together two up-and-coming talents crossing between eastern & western Europe to give an unmistakably unique listening and dancefloor experience. With croatian electro act Shuma providing their own unique groundwork of sounds to craft the massive tune "Fehlfunktion", the unclassifiable German artist Nass (aka Geiger) provides a remix that will undoubtedly please the more tech-oriented tastes.
Originating from Croatia’s urban center of Zagreb, Shuma represents the collaborative effort of the 2 experienced and unhinged musical minds of Davor Tosovic and Emir Cehaic. While their first attempts of attaining musical superstardom through conveying their world-class banjo and harmonica skills to boy-band style pop hits was met with open hostility and often mistaken medical quarantines, their subsequent efforts to compose inventive electro-influenced dancefloor rockers have received a far more positive global reaction. From their debut release, the Hipnocratia EP on legendary German label Hadshot Haheizar to their more recent works which have found a natural home on labels such as Beef Records, Tribal Vision, Ear Peaks, Groove Control and Chaishop Records, the name Shuma has come to be associated with a clearly individual style incorporating a background in techno meshing effortlessly with modern electro-influenced sounds. With a handful of EPs under their belts and a full-length album on the horizon, Fehlfunktion offers a glimpse of what awaits to be unleashed from the inner reaches of Shuma’s studio.
While only 3 years have passed since making his debut release, Made In Home (released on Firm Records), Nass aka Geiger has an extensive and diverse discography, with a slew of EPs as well as a full-length album already under his belt. Hailing from the Bavarian Alps of Germany, Nass’s works have found their way to being integral pieces in the sets of such leading DJs as Michael Mayer, Sven Väth, DJ Koze and Dirt Crew, amongst many others. His original mixture of styles has also found Geiger lending his hand to re-interpret the works of renowned artists like Justus Köhnke, Hans Nieswandt, Heiko Voss and The Knife. With a collection sound structures which capture and hypnotize the listener and a sense of melody which can’t be pigeonholed, Nass’s works are sure to grab the dancefloor and hold it tightly until the last beat has sounded.
